Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ty777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ty777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ty777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
ty777 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
ty777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the ty777 cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are generally credited to your ty777 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ty777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

All transactions on the ty777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). If you deposit using a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees, for which ty777 is not responsible.

Any account suspected of fraudulent activity, including unauthorized chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or money laundering, will be immediately suspended pending investigation. ty777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected fraud.
ty777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. ty777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
ty777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, subject to the applicable terms of that promotion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, ty777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. ty777 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the ty777 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may be updated from time to time. ty777 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ty777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ty777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ty777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ty777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ty777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if ty777 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or ty777's legal obligations.
You may close your ty777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13.
ty777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ty777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ty777 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
